I work with writers of literary fiction — on short stories, novellas, and novels in progress. I know from experience how difficult it is to see your own work clearly. An outside eye, from someone who cares about the same things you do on the page, can make a real difference.
Manuscript Assessment
Send me up to 5,000 words — a short story, an opening chapter, or a self-contained section of a longer work. I’ll read it carefully and provide detailed written feedback on what’s working, what isn’t, and why. We can then arrange a call to talk it through.
I’m interested in voice, structure, and the quality of attention a piece of writing asks of its reader. I won’t tell you what kind of writer to be. I’ll try to help you become more fully the writer you already are.

Workshops
I run small, focused workshops for writers of literary fiction — currently in Valencia, Spain, and online. These are for writers who are serious about the work: reading closely, writing carefully, and thinking hard about both.
